By downloading and using the TopSwing Analyzer iOS app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TopSwing is an AI-powered golf swing analysis application. The App provides tools for video analysis, swing comparison, skeleton tracking, and drawing tools. Some features require a VIP subscription.
All subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store.
Subscription options:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data from our servers.

TopSwing and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by TopSwing Golf. Your swing videos and analysis data belong to you.
TopSwing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Golf swing analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional coaching advice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
