By using TopSwing Tracer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TopSwing Tracer is a web-based golf shot visualization tool. Users can import golf videos, manually mark impact and landing points, apply visual tracer effects, and export the results.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to all premium features. After the trial:
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@topswing.golf.
Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues.
You retain all rights to videos you import and create with TopSwing Tracer. We do not claim ownership of your content. All video processing occurs on your device.
You may not use TopSwing Tracer for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service.
TopSwing Tracer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
